Registration Information

Pre-registration deadline is October 24, 2008.

Click here for our registration form as a pdf. The early registration fee (before October 24, 2008) is $22 while on-site registration is $25. Registration fees include continental breakfast and snacks. The cost for an optional lunch is $11.
